I went on just one all-inclusive and after that I realized that all of them are the same and got really tired of eating the same buffet food every night so I'll never do it again. We only booked our Havana one in advance. The lady at our casa in Havana recommended a place in Vinales, then the person in Vinales recommended cases in Cienfuegos and Trinidad. The Vinales and Trinidad casas were awesome. They spoke no English but the audio tapes I did before going really helped. If you left an email address with your last post I'll reply to it with some information. If you didn't put a valid email address, reply again with a valid one.
